For burr removal on relieved surfaces, prior to the application of sealer.


Characteristics:

  1. Can be used for single sided or double sided sanding.
  2. Sanding head can be adjusted upwards or downwards.
  3. Roller conveyor is adjustable to accommodate various workpiece curves and angles.

Application:

Carved double doors from top to bottom and both sides, before and after application of sanding sealer.


Characteristics:

  1. Sands up and down simultaneously on both sides. Reduces handling for high production capacity.
  2. Sands above and below the horizontal axis plus longitudinally. Swing action produces a good effect.
  3. Individual sanding heads can be adjusted upwards or downwards.
  4. Sanding wheels powered simultaneously for up and down transmission.
