For the removal of burs after 2 to 4 sided moulding, prior to application of sealer.

Dedicated spindle motor with separate drive design; sanding heads are more diverse and convenient. Spindle moves up and down with adjustable front/back/angle positioning.
In-feed: powerful upper and lower conveyor rollers rotate simultaneously, preventing contact between the work piece and the table. This elimination of friction produces stable, high quality output.
The YD-BS series uses a brush wheel as standard, but can optionally be fit with a non-woven cloth wheel or a sponge wheel.

In addition to brush wheels and non-woven cloth wheels, an automatic grinding wheel compensation device is available optionally.
The spindle may be converted to INVERTER SPEED CONTROL.
A 2 meter long auto conveyor feed is also optional.
Special specifications can be customized.
