Applications:

For the use of removing fluff and acute angles before primer paint is made onto the edge of solid wood board. (In order to save the paint.) Also for the use of sanding after primer paint.
For the use of sanding after outer edge of fiberboard and plastic board being formed with primer paint.

The series uses automatic mold gauge finding process, with materials handled artificially.
Table is of step-less speed changing. Auto speed changing system is installed into processing.
MS1600, MS1600-2, and MS2000-2 are spindle arm is controlled by air and oil circuit while moving. The speed of moving forward or backward is adjustable with backward movement position function.

There are two options for this series, single shaft and double shafts: optional accessories of spindle angle adjusting set (R) and sponge wheel sander (S) is aimed to be applied for small quantity of hard plank with minor radian outline and for driving the spindle process manually without any mold. Rear end material holding block (R) renders faster and more precise processing material stocking.
